They've always loved iced coffee, but their experience in that part of the world changed something inside of them sparking years of home coffee roasting & searching for the best way to brew iced coffee and make it accessible on a larger scale. April 2014 we opened our doors in Nashville, TN, and are the only Microbrewery dedicated to solely Flash Chilled coffee in the Southeast! We use our unique and innovative Flash Chilled brew process to produce brighter, cleaner, & more flavorful iced coffees. We are also the only women-led coffee microbrewery in Tennessee leading the way & pushing the boundaries of what flash chilled coffee can be!
