**Our products are tariff-free.** Hi! We’re Brady and Angela, and in 2019 we left our jobs to start The Rogerie in our laundry room. Today, we make everyday products from old fridges in Kelowna, British Columbia. Why we do it: I was born with with an obsession for inventing and learning, and Angela a passion for spending time outdoors and connecting with nature. We both grew up around loving families, caring teachers, and supportive mentors who put work into fostering our creative abilities and technical disciplines. As we grew up and experienced the real world - the good and the bad - we realized just how immeasurable a gift our upbringing was, and that the only way to honor that gift would be to give something back to our community. Why plastic pollution: Plastic pollution is only one of many challenges humanity faces as it evolves, but it’s a big one. Back in 2019, we were searching for a way to dispose of a pile of plastic packaging we accumulated while moving into our first home together, and discovered just how inefficient recycling is. As we learned more, we began to see a need for the unique mix of technical and creative skills we possess, and decided it was our opportunity to have an impact. The Rogerie isn’t meant to be a brand.
