My name is Ruben, and I created our own brand of olive oil in 2021. My parents have owned a small 6-hectare olive farm in the province of Jaen, Andalusia for over 20 years now. We want to share our expertise and our authentic olive oil. Our olive oil starts with a traditional and manual harvest, goes through bottling in exclusively glass packaging, and concludes with hand-labeling done by us. It is an extra virgin, single-variety olive oil, made from a single variety of olives, the Picual. Our goal? To highlight the traditional expertise that is being lost day by day today.
