About Growing up, there was always a hand-painted tin, piece of furniture, or tray laying around that my great-great-grandma had lovingly created, later on sparking my own passion for creativity. I started illustrating in 2020, straight out of high school. In 2021, I launched Olive & Lu Paper, while still freelancing on the side. Each piece I create is deeply influenced by the simple beauty of life living on a small acreage in Nebraska, surrounded by farm animals, vibrant colors, and a rich variety of flowers and botanicals—elements that have always felt like home.
