We're a bread bakery specializing in sourdough bread making. We only make sourdough based products because we believe it is the only authentic method of making bread. We also believe that the natural leavening of the dough (fermentation) makes the bread easier to digest and is healthier. We use organic flour from an amazing family mill in Illinois and source each ingredient carefully.
