FINCHES is the purveyor of healthy brews and creative elixirs that nourish for an unadulterated, beautiful experience. We understand that life is a journey and some things are better celebrated through sharing. Linda Koski, the owner, a New Mexican native raised in South Africa, fortuitously discovered, on a return medical trip to SA, that Rooibos was now elevated in espresso-ground form, called Red Espresso®️. It now offers the option to play by coffee's rules. She packed as much as she could fit into her suitcase back to Albuquerque! After savoring the wellness of its higher antioxidants, bolder flavor and fun options, Linda wanted to share it. FINCHES was born! Like birds, we come together and can build greater, healthier things! One-woman owned, FINCHES shares their products at local farmer markets, while operating out of the South Valley Economic Development Center, Albuquerque. Currently hand-packaged, our mission is to create flavorful, healthful espresso-ground Rooibos blends. Throughout our process, we embrace the South African Rooibos farming community and the earth, by respecting the SA product prices and using sustainable (either recyclable or home compostable) packaging. Canadian Heritage Roasting Company is built by the wilderness that drives it. We meticulously marry fresh and bold coffee with the urge to explore. The company found its inspiration over a percolated cup of coffee on a backpacking trip in the Rocky Mountains of Canada. Our camp-style methods were forged during the years we worked battling forest fires, and have evolved through backyard BBQ's, weekend mountain adventures, and late nights under star filled skies.
