Baltic Sea probiotics is the family manufacturer for your good gut feeling. Our father Uwe Saldsieder developed the main products to help himself and others in a natural way (he was a dialysis patient with 2 shrinking kidneys) and to strengthen the immune system. Our mother Kornelia was there from the start. We children, Antje and Steffen, have been part of the team since 2009 and finally took over management in 2016 when our father died. We still make the herbal beer by hand - it is fermented for up to 6 weeks and then bottled and labelled by hand. The fact that all ingredients are organic is just as important to us as the good mood when processing our products. The fan base of KRÄUTERBÄRRY (formerly herbal beer) continues to grow - not because of its sour taste, but because it helps people - regardless of age - have a good gut feeling.
