When her young son faced severe medical complexities, she went on a healing health mission to support him any way she could. The family decided to cut out sugar and gluten and switched to a low carb lifestyle. They found it impossible to find treats that were made with clean ingredients and delicious enough that kids and picky eaters would enjoy them. Knowing her son and many others would be left out of life’s celebrations ignited her passion to create Butter Baked Cake Co, so no one was left out when it was time for childhoods favorite treats.
