Playmatt When fairy tales come true. Thin, non-slip, playable — from idea to square. There was a little girl once. At Christmas, Dad gave her a farm. Not a real one, of course, but one to play with many animals. The girl was amazed and happy to set up the many small figures. But on the white, boring table... Sounds like a Christmas tale — doesn't it? But that's actually how our story began. Or better said by playmatt founder Ronny Graupner. It was he who conjured up a green background on his daughter's farm. A landscape that fit perfectly on the white gaming table. Back then, they were simply “painted” together with an image editing program on a computer and printed on paper. But from there it was: “On the mat, ready, go! “Because the play mat was so well received that Ronny wanted to inspire other children with it. Not paper, of course, but non-slip, without pollutants, noise-reducing and washable. Today, you can find a huge selection of motifs for many game ideas at playmatt — Quadratic Game Worlds.
