Adrianna is a foodie turned chef working and living in Los Angeles, Ca. Having battled health issues like Arthritis and Asthma since she was 9 years old, the discovery of food allergies was just one more battle she was willing to fight...and win. In 2013 she discovered she was allergic to apples, mangoes, coconuts, almonds, catfish, and scallops. And in 2018, that list grew longer with an allergy to milk, wheat, and corn. A lack of products on the shelf that were free-from corn and cross contaminates led her to create Allergy Schatz; allergy-friendly food you can trust. Allergy Schatz was created in 2018 and was featured in LA Coffee Festival's "The Kitchen" as a featured new and upcoming business to look out for in 2019. We started as brand that made desserts and operated at festivals and community events but after the 2020 pandemic put a halt to outdoor events, Allergy Schatz rebranded with allergen safe mixes so our customers could enjoy their favorite allergy-friendly treats at home. We believe that food should never be chemically processed and should be safe for everyone to enjoy. Allergy Schatz is dedicated to providing allergy-friendly, vegan mixes to the community.
