SO WHO ARE OHH DEER? We’re a greeting card, stationery and gift company operating from our HQ in Loughborough. Founded in 2011, we’re proud to say that Ohh Deer quickly became the established go-to place for contemporary, arty, and funny illustrated products. WHY THE NAME? Well it’s not as exciting as you might think! We made a long list and Ohh Deer is the name we kept coming back to. It’s got the extra ‘h’ because the .com was available - it’s pronounced Oh like Po, not ooh like flu GREETING CARDS Greeting cards are our thang! What makes us unique is our incredible roster of over 100 talented creatives based around the world. They work alongside our fantastic in-house team to bring you a well-rounded and eclectic collection! A share of the revenue goes to every 1 of the 100 artists, which enables us to support every artist we work with. We also have well-known artists/brands such as Gemma Correll, Bob Ross, Hello!Lucky, Cath Kidston, and many more. SUSTAINABILITY We're committed to being plastic-free, all our products are sent either without plastic packaging or with sustainable bio-cello. We lithographically print our cards and they're made from locally and sustainably sourced paper. We only use vegetable and resin inks. Our envelopes are made from recycled paper. And in 2021 we began the process of auditing the entire supply chain for all our products. The Results? All carbon associated with the products and shipping of our greetings cards is now offset.

Kourtni Gunn is an artist and surface pattern designer from Aldergrove, British Columbia. She creates patterns inspired by nature and turns them into products like tea towels, Swedish dishcloths, cards, stickers and art prints!

BlueSpecsStudio was born in Soho NYC in 2010, specializing in oddly sweet and perfectly quirky hand-stamped, vintage typed, dry-humor greeting cards. Our designs are inspired by everything nerdy, natural, or nostalgic that we love. Stockists include The Evolution Store NYC and other fine shops in Canada and the U.S., but everything is still made by hand out of our little studio here in Guelph, Ontario.

Greeting cards and paper products illustrated by Mollie Green - I grew up among the dusty tumbleweeds of Lubbock, Texas. And after moving to the Midwest in high school, I completed a BFA in painting and printmaking at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Graduation forced the lesson of how to live and work as an artist—that meant retail by day, artist by night. Attempting to integrate retail skills with artistic training and a love of multiples led to the birth of La Familia Green in 2005. I am a fourth generation small business owner. I love the immediacy and intimacy of cards. You buy a card, write a note and send it out into the world. I never know how many people will experience - hold, use, enjoy - my work. I also love that I can easily and quickly express my interests through this medium. As new card ideas come to me, I jot them down in notes app. And all illustrations are done by hand, by me. Running and rescue pets are my passions. I donate 10% a month back to local charities. I am also proud to be vegan - so keep in mind that all of those corndogs and nachos in my work are plant based! ;)

Afsaneh Tajvidi is an illustrator and multimedia artist living with her husband and two funny cats in the beautiful city of Toronto. She is a big believer in finding joy in simple pleasures of life and sharing them with others. It can be as simple as finding a pretty autumn leaf on the ground or trying a new fruit for the first time. She loves to create the kind of art that celebrates these joyful little things. She does that with the hope of capturing good feelings so that you can re-live them over and over; something that brings a smile to your face and makes you daydream.

I founded the brand (formerly The Matt Butler) in 2012 when I quit my fifth grade teaching job to pursue linocut printmaking. Hand printed wall art and TOMS shoes transitioned to greeting cards and gifts in 2015 and we haven’t looked back since. In 2018 the company was rebranded to Pretty Alright Goods after we added new members to our team. We continually work to produce products that are both witty and genuine. Michele Lee is a designer and printer and much of her creative inspiration comes from music, memories and irreverent things. After having learned letterpress in New York City and screen printing from old art class instructions, a great fondness for printing and color experimentation developed and Lucky Horse Press was born with the mission to create general happiness for all. Michele makes all of the printed goods available in the shop from her studio in the Garden State, where some of the best things in life are easily accessible - beaches, yard sales and bowling alleys.
