We're one of the last Handmade Pretzel Bakeries left in the country. Using the same techniques since we started in 1935, we've been twisting each delicious sourdough pretzel sourcing our ingredients from small farms in the Northeast. In 2010, my brother Ryan and I wanted to offer a healthy alternative to the sugar heavy desserts we offered out of our "office lunch" catering business. So Chef Ryan (aka Nokes) developed what is now known as our Ryan's Blend Granola, a delicious mix of gluten-free oats, nuts, cranberries and local honey which we served with yogurt and cut fruits. It became such a hit that we would sell cups of it straight out of the kitchen back door! When tragedy struck in 2012 I lost Chef Noke's suddenly and grief stickend, I closed the business. Two years later I opened Noke's Granola in my brother's name and honor him to this day selling his Ryan's Blend to happy customers everywhere, as well as, other delicious granola flavors and mixed snacks.

Mrs. Fisher's Potato Chips is one of the last "regional chippers." Based in Rockford, IL, Mrs. Fisher's is known for our thick cut, homestyle potato chips. We fry our potato chips in shortening. This provides a hardy and wholesome potato chip that has a taste unlike any of the other "commercial chips" try our Classic, or go extreme with our Dark Chips. Darks are chips that look like they are burnt, but it's just the sugar from the potato that caramelizes in the frying process. you wont be disappointed!

Jack’s Crackers creates amazing crackers. Our products are based on the idea that a cracker is a lot like life. It may be simple, but it doesn’t have to be boring. Our crackers are hand-made in small batches with natural, GMO-free ingredients sourced as close to our Keene, NH home. They are also preservative-free. The spectrum of flavors goes from mild to bold, and they are great by themselves or paired with your favorite toppings. Everything we create is hand-made, even our bags. Along with crafting great crackers, we focus on creating work training opportunities for young people in our community. We work with local schools to offer job skills training for youth in the community. Our training program provides teens with academic and behavioral challenges the opportunity to learn basic job skills in a supportive environment. This gives them a starting job reference and the fundamental skills they need to succeed in the workplace. Also, if you are interested, Jack is our cat's name. Yes, we named the company after a cat, because if you know cats, you know that's just how things are.

Two college friends started BjornQorn as a collaboration between a corn farmer's son and an artist and inventor. Bjorn took his homegrown popcorn and family farm recipe and popped it with Jamie's solar cooking contraptions. They built the results into a solar powered popcorn factory that supplies food co-ops and specialty stores in the northeast and nationwide. All their flavors are vegan and gluten. Their best selling flavor, now known as 'Classic', is seasoned with nutritional yeast and salt. It is notoriously addictive. Bon Appétit referred to its seasoning as ' like some sort of healthyish—but no less potent—Dorito dust."

Jocelyn & Co. was created by gift basket industry designer, Debbie Quintana and named after her sweet granddaughter, Jocelyn. Jocelyn & Co. was designed to provide gift basket and box curators with a high-quality product in attractive packaging that works in all gift basket designs. With over 20 years of experience in the gift basket industry, her passion is demonstrated through her daily adventures to help uplift the gift basket industry and the launch of Jocelyn & Co. is a demonstration of her efforts.

We are on a mission to improve the way people eat, through our healthy snacks. As a nutritionist with dietary restrictions (vegan and gluten-free), I wanted to make snacks that not only tasted great, but were nutrient-dense, satiating, and had no weird stuff. In 2005, Jennifer was a single mother often cooking with her young daughter. She started Jennifer's homemade out of her passion for baking and the inspiration to create delicious products with integrity and quality. Our dough is made from scratch using an Italian biga and only a few natural ingredients. A biga is a pre-fermentation which gives our products delicious flavor, added texture, and makes them less perishable and easier to digest.
