Nora’s Kitchen Granola is a women owned gluten-free vegan granola produced in Portland, OR in a certified gluten-free commercial kitchen. It is slow-roasted in small batch production to bring out the unique flavor of healthy oils, nuts, grains and spices. Our products are 100% vegan, gluten free, dairy free, soy free, 100% plant-based, non-GMO, and free of refined sugars. Not only is is it is gluten-free and vegan, but has a low glycemic index, low sodium, non-GMO and contains zero soy. It is packed with 8 grams of protein per serving, 6 grams of fiber per serving and has a 2:1 carb to protein ratio which we were told by a trainer at Nike is the perfect post work-out snack! Since we do not use any refined sugars, our granola uses just a tiny bit of organic maple syrup for taste. One thing our customers love and say the most about our granola is that it is not overly sweet!
