Hi! Hello! I'm Amanda ilc and I am a Hudson Valley based artist and linocut printmaker. Inspired by the graceful movements of the human form and the simple gesture of a hand. At the end of 2020 I decided to collect some of my favorite works and create a flat note line. They are printed on textured 298 gsm archival paper that give them a feeling of the original hand carved print. The line was created after I started sending what I call "art hugs" to friends. A little eye inspiration for their wall and a sweet note on the back. The response was so great that I knew more people needed an art hug in their life as well! The flat notes are meant to stay with the recipient and hang on the wall or sit on the shelf as a reminder of the bud who sent it. Mail art hugs for the win! P.S.
