About Taterdoodles

Taterdoodles (and now Tatersnaps!) are the results of some “what if” moments. What if you caramelized potato chips in butter, brown sugar, and spices? Then, what if you added them to fresh-baked cookies? The answers are remarkable and the proof is in the first noisy nibble. We make them the old-fashioned way, totally from scratch with the best & simplest ingredients. We're especially proud to use only Route11 potato chips from Mt. Jackson, Virginia in all of our recipes. All things Tater sprung from the kitchens of Sinplicity Catering in Falls Church, VA. For years we have been cooking up tasty treats for events all around the Washington, DC area. During covid, the universe changed all the rules about gathering and dining face-to-face. We suddenly found ourselves with some time on our hands and a well-stocked professional kitchen at our disposal. Here's the best of what "stuck to the wall" of all the things we threw at it.
