I'm Mike Lang and the founder of Lang's Classics located in Mantua, Ohio. I unknowingly started my pickle journey back in 2018 during my sophomore year of high school. Starting off with just a garlic dill flavor, I fine tuned my recipe until my family & friends loved them. Flash forward to 2020, I found myself bored due to the pandemic locked in my home. I again got back into pickle making, sticking to my garlic dill. My dad suggested we sell the pickles in local stores, I liked the idea and approached a store yet realized I needed FDA approvals, licenses and so much more. Took me about 1.5 years to be able to legally produce pickles, we started production in February 2022!
