Karl Family Farms is a family-owned and operated farm in New York’s Hudson Valley started in 2011 by Kris and Francesca Karl shortly after the birth of their first child. The farm and family have grown since then, but our heart and soul have remained the same. The health of our animals, land, family, and customers is of paramount importance to us and guides every decision we make. We let our pasture-raised cattle and pigs roam, graze, and enjoy their days under open skies instead of being packed into a feed lot’s pen. That freedom makes a difference in the rich, flavorful foods we produce using only the healthiest and most natural ingredients and techniques.
