THE SELTZER SHOP was created by Russell Johnson Imports in 1997 after a visit to the Sunday Flea Market in San Telmo, one of Buenos Aires' historic neighborhoods. There Russell Johnson came across a family selling a collection of beautiful vintage seltzer bottles from the 1930s. Russell not only bought as many as he could carry, he also bonded with the family and promised to keep in touch. Back in the States, Russell Johnson showed the bottles to a few of his interior design colleagues. They fell in love and started ordering Seltzer Bottles !!! THE SELTZER SHOP is dedicated to finding and/or designing products that inspire creativity and enhance one’s quality of life. We started our company with 4 simple rules: 1. It must very cool, " Either it's a Wow or it's a Ciao " . 2. There must be at least 10,000 available to restore. 3. It must be at least 40 years old. 4. It must be sustainable and have social relevance.
