Upon discovering this Pago- a farm where there is a particular microclimate and a specific composition of the land that differentiate and distinguish it from others, we fell in love with it and set out to make high-end extra virgin olive oil, letting the terroir express itself as it is. We are also committed to converting the entire farm to organic, convinced of making agriculture respectful of our environment.
