Designer Essential Oil Diffusers and Candle Accessories Candyl, pronounced just like candle, is the creation of USC MBA John "Johnny" Merrifield, who traces the 2020 foundation of candyl to two primary motivations: To invent a product that people love, and to create a sustainable alternative to single-use wax candles. Essential oil diffusers represent a reusable alternative to scented candles. However, something was missing from most diffusers on the market- that warm flickering glow of a lit candle flame. Candyl was envisioned to bring this unmistakable candlelight charm to an essential oil diffuser. With roots as true California garage startup, Johnny built the original prototypes by hand, developing unique patent-pending illuminated flame and the ability to "blow-it-out" like a candle to turn it off. Today, candyl operates in multiple states and distributes nationwide, and continues to experience rapid growth. as the product catches on with delighted customers.
