Owner of Mimi & Lu, Michelle Watson grew Mimi & Lu from a single sale to a co-worker in Cirque Du Soleil's wardrobe department, to a brand that has been sold to thousands of customers nationally and internationally and seen in various media outlets such as People Magazine and The Zoe Report. Without having a background in jewelry, fashion, business or wholesale, Michelle carved her own “learn as you go” path which has led Mimi & Lu into their 16th year of business. She feels honored to have had the opportunity to work with so many accounts, large and small, developing relationships with them along the way. Our clients are drawn not only to the quality and price point of Mimi & Lu, but the dainty, layer-able and stackable styles. Because Mimi & Lu is, primarily, handmade to order, the jewelry often includes a customizable element, making it easier for buyers to find and create pieces that fit their customer perfectly. Mimi & Lu was named after Michelle, her husband, Michael, and their late Great Dane dog, Lucca.Read their story
