Elfn is the creation of felt maker Sophie Harrison. Sophie is a textile artist who's passion for nature and ancient craft is reflected in her unique natural designs. Sophie is a Felt maker making hand made Nuno felted "wearable art" clothing and accessories that are custom ordered and bespoke made. These she produces herself in her studio in Somerset UK, using soft ethically sourced wool, and plant fibres, using the ancient technique of "Wet Felting". These pieces are inspired by the landscape, taking colours and textures and translating that into her creations. Sophie also creates small collections of natural clothing using fabrics found in surplus markets or hand woven ethical natural textiles stitched in small batches by her Tailor and Friend of 15 years in India. Elfn is about natural ethical, sustainable clothing, slow fashion and unique art pieces that make the wearer feel special and loved.
