Like so many of us, Terilynn, or TL, founder of Hella TL, could never find the kind of swimwear she was looking for. She wanted something bold, glamorous and exciting that would celebrate her silhouette - in fact, any woman's unique body. This designer, maker, woman, mom, believes that swimwear should make us feel confident, and be the perfect outfit for a summer celebration. She believes that YOU are that celebration. Each swimwear piece is handmade in Nashville, Tennessee. Enriched by the years of working as a patternmaker for corporate America, TL is an expert on fit. With an eye of the past and passion of color, vibrance, and fun, Hella TL doesn't exactly fit the mold of your typical swimsuit you would find mass-produced on a store shelf. Using fabrics sourced exclusively in the USA with organic inks, and hand-drafted patterns, each design is perfectly and consciously curated all by one woman. Hella TL is a land-locked mermaid residing in Nashville, Tennessee with her husband, daughter, son, and two pugs.
