Starry nights at the lake… cool fall evenings by the bonfire… playing cards with my grandparents while drinking hot chocolate… making s’mores with my friends. It seems like most of my favorite childhood memories include marshmallows and s’mores. When I began making marshmallows, I quickly discovered that even the question, “do you want a marshmallow” makes people smile. That’s the best part of what we do. Knowing that our products bring our customers joy and give them the opportunity to make happy memories is the reason we do what we do. We are proud of the fact that our marshmallows and s’mores not only make people happy, but that we use quality ingredients, organic fruit and juices, natural flavorings and colors for our products. We don’t use high fructose corn syrup, preservatives or artificial colors. Our fluffy little cubes of happiness are great on their own, toasted in a s’more, tossed into oatmeal or floating in your hot chocolate. There is no wrong way to enjoy them, but the best way with families and friends. So, how do you like to get Mellow?

The Story of the Queen A HONEY OF A TALE In a valley at the foot of the Rocky Mountains just east of Yellowstone National Park in northern Wyoming is a small farm where Clarence and Bessie Zeller raised their family of 3 sons and 3 daughters. To support the family, they produced honey. Honey like no other in the whole world! This honey is made by bees they call “Little Johnnies”. Started from the wild bees Clarence’s father took from the bee trees on the Shoshone River bottoms. Little Johnnies are mean, and they attack just for the fun of it. They just love to sting, but they gather the sweetest nectar which makes this special honey they call “The Nectar of the Gods”. When the boys were grown, they each had to try their wings, and went out to see the world. The sting of the “Little Johnnies” was like the Pied Piper calling them back to the farm and their beloved bees. In 1976 they decided to make use of an old family recipe from Bessie’s ancestors in Scotland and make honey candy for sale. They had made taffy as kids and had lots of fun stretching it. They had all the necessary ingredients for delicious candy—that special honey, the recipe, and the desire. But, would it work? More recipes were developed, and in 1979 they started making honey pecan pralines, now known as Pecan Pearls. This candy is so smooth it just melts in your mouth, with just enough pecans to make it chewy. It’s a taste that defies description. The only thing to do is to try it. You’ll love it.

Hello, I am Sabrina, the owner and operator of Charlie Girl Goods, a small business based out of Vancouver where we create caramels and confections in small batches using natural ingredients. We love to support our local growers by sourcing local ingredients to use in our recipes every chance we get. I have always had a love for all things sugary sweet and love watching the joy that come across someone’s face when they get to enjoy my sweet creations. It has always been a dream of mine to start my own business so after 25 years in the Finance Industry I have made the exciting decision to hang up my Bankers suit for an apron and that’s how Charlie Girl Goods was born. The name Charlie Girl Goods is in honour of my daughter. In my new career path, it’s important to show her that you can do hard things and that you need to do what you are most passionate about. No matter what stage of life you are in, it is never too late to take a risk to follow your dreams. I hope that when you get the chance to enjoy one of my confections that it brings a smile to your face and lets you forget about all the hustle and bustle of daily life and just enjoy in the moment.
Shotwell Candy is my life's work and legacy. In the beginning, I started making caramel in my home kitchen at night after coming home from my day job and after my wife and three daughters were sound asleep. It was my dream. My passion. I used simple, fresh ingredients, and timeless methods to make caramel in its best possible form. Since I had a day job at the time as a corporate attorney, I would start my nightly caramel work around 8:30pm and spend the next 4-5 hours cooking, cutting, wrapping and packaging caramels. Family and friends pitched in when orders piled up and we were known to throw "shipping parties" in order to entice friends into helping us prepare shipments in exchange for food and beverage. Though the endless nights in my home kitchen and "shipping parties" are a thing of the past, I remain singularly focused on staying true to who I am and passionate about the candy you're about to enjoy. I'm reminded daily about the importance of teaching my children to dream big and to create anything they want so long as they work hard, practice patience, and stay true to themselves.

We offer a variety of products from individually wrapped caramel candy, TxTurtles, to caramel pretzels, and more! Rain McDermott started the Dallas Caramel Company in 2007 to satiate her curiosity: could she make delicious caramel that would satisfy her sweet tooth? Making caramel takes precision, patience, the freshest ingredients, hard work, determination, some creative experimentation—and a good candy thermometer! We make French style caramels with unexpected ingredients that revel in Asian American flavor. Our founder & head chef, Justin Chao started Le Bon Garcon in 2010 inspired by a year abroad in Paris learning French confectionery technique. Our unique flavors are inspired by Justin’s childhood spent in LA Chinatown and the dynamic flavors he fell in love with there. Unparalleled in quality and irresistible in flavor, our caramels make any moment deliciously memorable. Whether your customers need a gift for themselves or others, each hand-crafted bite is the perfect indulgence
At One Fork Farm Caramels, we strive to show our love of Oregon in every flavor and every batch of caramels we make. Our decadent, old-fashioned caramels are hand-made with honey, cream, and butter from the Willamette Valley, sea salt from the Oregon Coast, and locally-crafted spirits, teas, and chocolate. We never include corn-syrup or anything artificial and every piece is cut, wrapped, and packaged by hand at our McMinnville kitchen by people who truly care about producing the finest quality Oregon caramels possible.
We started our family business in 1993 with the desire to create the best caramel. Our caramels are handcrafted in small batches by burning the sugar, butter, and cream to create a unbelievably soft, rich, and creamy experience.
A Confectioner at Heart My story begins where so many others do — doing something else entirely. The first 15 years of my career were spent in Manhattan as a graphic designer. In 2000, dreams of becoming a chef led me to culinary school, and, eventually to Eleven Madison Park, one of Danny Meyer's crown jewels at the time. At EMP, making confections became second nature to me. And when something becomes second nature, I can’t help but tweak it until I make it my own. Fast forward to La Petite Occasion (LPO). From September through June, LPO sells caramels + toffees made from the local goodness of the region surrounding New York's Hudson Valley. Kriemhild butter, Hudson Valley Fresh heavy cream, maple syrup from Crown Maple, apple cider from Harvest Moon Orchards and Bourbon from Berkshire Mountain Distillers, — we always prefer local.
THE BEGINNING: For years the candy maker - Agnieszka Jones, a.k.a. Agnes - was whipping up big sheets of caramels in her house. She cut them by hand, wrapped them herself and gave them as gifts to friends and neighbors. Those same friends and neighbors were persistently urging her to start a candy business. NOW: Today, AvenueSweets is a massive multi-national corporation. No, just kidding. It's a family business operated by Agnes and a magnificent group of confectionery connoisseurs who craft and package our delicious, all natural treats. OUR CARAMELS: Truly made the 'old fashioned way' - slow cooked in copper kettles with fresh, premium local ingredients, our 100% natural caramels might be the best you will ever taste. We have long since lost track of the people that have told us so. Now with 14 amazing varieties including three dairy free vegan caramel options. OUR BRITTLE: A classic treat elevated to a new level. Hand crafted with love and attention including three vegan options. 100% NATURAL: We are committed to making delicious, all natural products. Take a look at our ingredients. Simple, short and things you've heard of. DAIRY FREE VEGAN: Yes, healthy eating can extend to the treats and snacks your customers enjoy. For those who live a vegan lifestyle or simply have dairy allergies that prevent them from many products, our caramels, brittle and sauce are of exceptional quality and taste.
