Founder Michelle Pusateri is a professionally-trained pastry chef — when she isn't baking, you'll find her surfing, meaning she needs a whole lot of nutrition from her breakfast. We are choosy chefs, selecting only whole foods from only premium sources. We believe in community before profit, supporting our employees, and providing great manufacturing jobs right in the city.
