Buddy Fernandez used to work in advertising, then one day during an important meeting about how to sell soup, he stood bolt upright, grabbed his pen and sketch pad, and just walked out. For a while he wandered, drank scotch in a row boat, and generally just thought about how we all need a bit more honesty in the world. And so, while wholed up in an old red van parked in a supermarket car park, he got to work writing a range of funny greeting cards that finally said it like it was. Thus, The Buddy Fernandez Card Company was born, home to honest, cheeky, and sometimes rather naughty greeting cards. They did rather well, so now he's peddling his wares to the good people of Europe, North America and beyond. You're welcome.
