About Shannon Kirsten Illustration
All of our stationery products begin as hand painted illustrations, made with love in my sunny Florida studio. I have been a fan of stationery and painting for as long as I can remember. I love the way cards connect people and I love to make whimsical quirky designs that bring joy to both the giver and receiver. Bright colors, vintage patterns, nature and finding joy in the everyday have long been my sources of inspiration. I have been working in the world of illustration and surface design since 2010. Since developing my own line of stationery in 2015, it has been heartwarming to think about my cards in unique independent shops across the US. Prior to developing my line for wholesale, I worked on many illustration projects including custom wedding invitations and commercial art licensing. Some of past and current clients include Anthropologie, Hallmark, Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, Shutterfly, Trader Joes, and many more (shannonkirstenstudio.com/portfolio). We have been featured on Vogue, Harpers Baazar, Brides, Flow Magazine, Style Me Pretty, The Knot and more! I am passionate about small businesses as we are a small but mighty husband and wife team of two. When I'm not painting, I enjoy adventures with my 2 year old son and our sweet troop of animals.
