In her Taos, NM studio Elizabeth transforms raw materials of precious metal and natural stone into wearable works of art that speak to the magical nature within us all. Each piece is crafted by hand utilizing 100% post consumer recycled gold and/or silver and ethically sourced. From delicate details to bold, statement-making gemstones, Elizabeth’s craftsmanship is joined with her signature aesthetic to seamlessly blend understated elegance with the esoteric, creating a style that is uniquely her own. Drawing inspiration from the enigmatic beauty of the world around her, Elizabeth infuses her designs with a captivating blend of folklore and symbolism. Her pieces become portals to other realms, invoking a sense of connection to the unseen, the intangible, and the infinite. Elizabeth is a multidisciplinary artist based in Taos, NM. Throughout her life she has explored her artistic practice in clay, on paper or canvas, and through photographic observations of her world. She began her career as a metalsmith in 2014, creating jewelry under the name Horsethief.
