Our social fashion label has been manufacturing mittens in Hamburg with socially disadvantaged people and refugees since 2016. They all combine the enormous craftsmanship beyond certificates and diploma and the passion for textile. And the realization: whoever works gets to know people. And whoever works feels needed. Our designs also tell us about 2nd opportunities. Our denim designs are made from post & pre-consumer waste. To do this, we prepare worn jeans to compose them into new designs. In pre-consumer waste, we use surpluses of material such as dyeing or woven samples that are already generated during fabric production. We use textile resources to produce high-quality denim accessories, home textiles and selected fashion pieces. In this way, we help valuable material resources lead a new life in style and hopeful talents from all over the world to a fulfilling job with recognition. Bridge&Tunnel is a non-profit label.
