Don’t Sass Me Soy started the summer of 2016, originating in Courtney's living room in Fells Point, MD. After wasting so much money on candles that barely smelled like anything, it was time to take it into her own hands. She spent most of her time working at her full-time graphic design job, but the free time she had left was spent building her business and brand for Don’t Sass Me Soy. Courtney enjoys being able to use her design experiences with her small business, creating her packaging and brand aesthetic with unique names, scents and bright colors. Don’t Sass Me Soy is also doing their best at being conscious of the environment. All of the candles are poured in glass jars, which can be reused at home or recycled. While shipping out online orders, the shipping supplies are used from materials from supply deliveries whenever possible. She hasn’t ever had to buy one packing peanut. Every little bit helps!
