Located in the foothills of Mount Wachusett, Oakwind Hollow is known for home decor pieces inspired by the beauty of the natural world. Our signature products, felted acorns, are handmade using real acorn tops for pieces that are natural and organic, with a whimsical vibe. Ordering with Us: We are usually shipping orders within 3-5 days, but our turnaround times vary seasonally, depending on when our shop is busiest. Our busiest times of year are from July-August and November-January. Turnaround times might be longer during these times, with orders taking up to 7-10 days to ship. Please keep this in mind when planning your ordering. We take scheduled orders year round. Contacting Us: We are very responsive to messages and usually respond within the hour during the workday. We are working on a Tuesday-Saturday schedule, so you might not hear back from us immediately on Sundays or Mondays.
