Peppertux takes every step along the way to educate consumers on best food manufacturing practices and benefits of clean eating and sustainable consumption. Lia and Ahat monitor every step of the journey, with Lia managing marketing, branding and customer support operations while Ahat, an olive oil sommelier, works with farms, procurement, processing, education and sales.
