USA COSMETICS WITH THE FRENCH FLAIR 2002 This is where the adventure of the M.C.O Cosmetics & Research® laboratories in the United States (California) begins. It was initiated in 2002, in the USA, by a French expatriate and an American, experts in cosmetics. 2007 Creation of the Montecito® brand and development of the French market.
