About The Caravan Studio

The Caravan is an made to order brand, creating pieces that are ready to tag along on your next adventure. Every garment and accessory is designed by me, Allison, in my home studio. Versatility drives every design, because you should want to wear your piece more than once and why not in more than one way? Having clothing that can easily be packed and are kind to the planet are important, thus I started working on the Caravan. Pieces that are just begging to be worn forwards and backwards giving you more than one outfit per piece, pack light my friends. Oh yeah and I get it, standard sizing is a real drag that’s why Caravan pieces follow The Rainbow Chart. I feel on top of the world when I have a custom fitting piece on so I’m offering that to you, you little hodophile! Every single piece is made by me from first cut to final stitch. With the planet in mind, I only use ethically sourced materials whether it is fair trade, organic, or recycled and I create dye using plants and food waste. Made to order means that I do not carry stock and do not create waste that will not be used.
