We make every single piece ourselves, with flour, water and absolutely no nasties! Using traditional methods our pasta is bronze drawn and slow dried for maximum texture and flavour, to deliver total comfort and flavour every time. We started from humble beginnings on a market stall in Cumbria in June 2022 on a mission to empower customers with a choice of higher quality, of minimising environmental impact, of improving our U.K farming landscapes and of creating unbeatably delicious dinners. We realised that being good for the planet and good for your health doesn’t have to be boring. It also doesn't mean compromising on taste. Our award winning spelt pasta is gut friendly & naturally lower in gluten, with no nasty ingredients, which makes it easier to digest for many. We create pasta for the people.
