Already a long time ago, little Sophie devoured the delicacies offered at her neighbors' school snacks and birthdays: candies, lollipops, caramels, everything went there, and in particular her favorite treat: the Marshmallow Bear. A few years later, the great Sophie, with nostalgia, liked to offer gourmet attentions to her friends. Chocolates, confectionery and cookies were found in original and personalized packaging that the guests kept as a souvenir. Not to mention his secret Marshmallow Bear recipe that everyone could pull themselves off. Faced with a growing demand from many gourmands, Sophie then created her confectionery workshop with her husband in 2007 and simply called it “Sophie M”. From Made in France delicacies to neat, thoughtful and endlessly reusable packaging that young and old children can find in all good delicatessens and concept stores. With of course, as her favorite sweetness, her Little Marshmallow Bear that she declines every year around exclusive and limited collections: Colette, La Grande Épicerie, Printemps, Du Bruit dans la Cuisine but also the media and influencers are teasing it up and enjoying this nice return to childhood around collector boxes.
