About KB Apparel

KB Apparel is a shop with a beautiful cause. We donate $3-$5 from every garment sold to organizations that fight against child s*x trafficking and child exploitation. Since I am a mother, anything to do with children really hits home. I have worked with children all of my life, and I love them very much; children are our future, so I believe it is our duty to take care of those that will one day take care of us. Children are innocent and extremely vulnerable, and if I cannot protect and save them myself, I will do everything I can to contribute to organizations that will. I started KB Apparel in June 2021 after the pandemic left my family and me in very challenging situations. I had just had my first baby girl, and I was getting out of a severe postpartum depression. It was difficult for me to get out of that dark place, but I managed after a couple of months, thanks to God. After I finally felt like myself, but a different self, I decided to do something for me. Something that would renew my faith and my determination. I struggled to figure out what to do because I didn't just want to do anything that came to my mind. Whatever I did, I knew it had to have meaning and purpose. I have always loved clothes, designing, and giving, so to be able to put these three things into one business was key. That is how I finally came up with the idea of KB Apparel. I started with t-shirts, and then I added sweaters; I'm hoping to add other items, but in due time.
