Located in the west of France, in the heart of the former province of Maine, we are producers and processors of elderberry. La Maison du Elderberry is the specialist in processed black elderberry (berries and flowers). All year round are offered succulent sweet and savory delicacies with black elderberry from our land: juices, jellies, jams, syrups, liqueurs, confectionery, biscuits, drinks, candied fruits, condiments, dried flowers and berries, soap, massage oil, extracts. Rare are fruit trees that are grown as much for their flowers as for their fruits. This is the case with elderberry! After a professional career in the hotel industry (waiter, bartender, pastry chef), then after 30 years of professional photography, Bertrand, passionate about delicacies and nature, rediscovers the desire for the garden and the taste for cooking. In 2009, the elderberry became a revelation. Natie, his partner in life, will join the company in 2013. Since then, we have formed an accomplice and complementary duo. Our range is now strong with more than 40 products and we create and innovate every year. Always delighted to welcome in our manufacturing workshop, we offer to discover and taste some of our elderberry products. Making Elderberry Loved is a story of determination, passion, respect for natural raw materials. We have made the moral and ethical choice to offer only biological preparations with two labels: AB and Nature & Progrès.
