My name is Danny, I’m the artist behind Queer Ivy Art. I grew up in a fundamentalist Christian cult. The system was dysfunctional, traumatizing, and full of shame for a queer kid like me. When I escaped and came out as queer and nonbinary, I started making art about my experience with gender, and I finally had permission to be me and to love being me. I've never been happier. I met my girlfriend during the pandemic who not only is the most special person to ever enter my life but also helped me get Queer Ivy Art to where it is today. Our goal is to provide people with the safe space I couldn't have. Providing them with products that make them feel warm in their identity and most importantly be proud of who they are.
