After six years managing various local coffee shops, we had friends and family encouraging us to start our own coffeehouse. In 2016, and ended up launching our Mobile Coffee Bar Experience, “Jedidiah Coffee”. We had the honor of being a part of many Special Events, and exploring North Texas with our three kids in tow, but SoCal never stopped calling us home. In 2019 we closed out the business we had built there, and settled back in Laguna Beach, CA to continue the grand adventure as coffee roasters. We find the process of craft coffee absolutely incredible, and have fallen in love with how coffee cultivates community. We’ve been married for seventeen years, and have three stunningly-wild children who we love being around! Like a lot of parents, they are our why. We also carry a fourth child, Jedidiah, in our hearts. It has been our joy and honor to carry Jedidiah’s name and legacy into our business, as we remember him daily. Gathering around a good cup of coffee, with a warm & inviting atmosphere encourages people to engage with their unique story, and THIS is why we exist as Jedidiah Coffee!
