A special brand that carries roots and values from the past to the present. Our philosophy of “mindfulness with openness” stands for quality, authenticity and sustainability. We see ourselves as explorers and explore the world of flavors, looking for the perfect balance of individual and the perfect recipe for our distillates. We distill our Aquq Vitae at low pressure and temperatures in a copper kettle and only use the absolute heart of the distillation. All distillates are allowed to mature in stoneware vessels for at least three months, are married to pure spring water, the Aqua Fontana, and are not filtered, so fine OILS are RETAINED. This guarantees high quality, a soft mouthfeel and a fragile, complex aroma.Read their story
