Lauren Quesada was raised in tropical Miami, Florida where the lush vegetation, surrounding nature and vibrant hispanic culture heavily inspired her whimsical style. Her work is most known for its bright pops of color and centers around florals, foliage, and a lettering. Established in 2015, shoppers quickly noticed her lively, tropical hand-painted South Florida watercolor art prints (most notably her Miami, Florida watercolor map art print) and asked if Lauren would create custom wedding invitations based on her artwork. She then began to work on her first commissioned invitations and established a wonderfully successful bespoke wedding illustration business. With her many years of design and fine artwork experience under her belt, she began to develop her collection of greeting cards to debut on Faire, Minted and Etsy. She loves to work in a variety of mediums including watercolor, ink and gouache managing all of her creative projects from her “office”, which can be anywhere from a local coffee shop to her desk at home. Lauren is currently based in New York City's East Village.Read their story
