Still wanting to be a part of the social scene, and quickly exhausting the limited options of sugar-laden cocktails or soda water, the mission to create an alcohol-free stimulating spirit began. She was bio-hacking at her previous role in the brain tech space, using some of the ingredients in bonbuz to enhance mental and physical performance and began fully exploring the idea of creating a mixologist-driven cocktail that could actually stimulate the mind and body. But a spirit that also has the bite of alcohol, because not drinking, doesn't have to be neutral or bland.
