The Isle de France Distillery is the story of an artisanal distillery and creative, founded by three hedonistic friends on a farm in Seine et Marne. It was in 2019 that the distillery was created, with a simple idea: to design spirits with a unique identity, in a short circuit, while favoring the agriculture of conservation and local development. The Isle de France Distillery is above all a story of friendship, sharing knowledge and love of the right product, between enthusiasts: Antonin, Olivier and Michael. Originally, a childhood complicity between Olivier and Antonin, then the meeting with Michael around the same passion: spirits. Finally, a story of friendship and talent combined, between Michael the mixologist with an infallible nose and expert in spirits, Olivier the producer devoted to the land, raw materials and quality ingredients and Antonin the manager and trait of union between these two personalities.
