The Berlin entrepreneurs Max and Feli Haacke were actually looking for a summer house for their large family in the Berlin area. They found a more than 100-year-old brick barn in the Uckermark and immediately fell incredibly in love with the place, the landscape, and the numerous orchards. That was the birth of the UCKA manufactory. With recognized cider mills and regional distilleries, they now transform these old forgotten fruit and wild fruit varieties into juices, distillates, and liqueurs.
