With embrace cards, we have set ourselves the task of making psychotherapeutic knowledge easy to understand and accessible. In doing so, we try to help people to be more empathetic towards themselves and others. When developing our maps, we pay attention to scientific evidence and psychotherapeutic testing, but also incorporate our personal experiences.
