Comfortable, premium and stylish, Kim and Bec, started Yunizon Eyewear to cater to those who struggle to find sunglasses that fit. From the narrow to the wide, and for those with a low bridge nose, Yunizon is doing it differently; ensuring these customers have the freedom to shop without restrictions. Kim and Bec, as young mothers, launched Yunizon in March 2020 to find better work life balance, to provide a solution to customers long ignored by big corporates and to support mental health awareness; a cause they are both deeply passionate about. Kim spent twenty years working at leading eyewear firms and saw first-hand the fit issues suffered by people of all backgrounds. She herself had difficulties finding sunglasses to fit her narrow face. This inspired her to develop Yunizon Global Fit (five major innovations to sunglass design), which solves these issues without compromising style or quality. Originally from Melbourne Australia, Bec worked all over the world as a financial advisor to the world’s largest firms but her real passion is eyewear. She was frustrated by the limited sunglass options available to her as someone with a low bridge nose and when she fortuitously met Kim in a New York bar, Yunizon was born.
