Since 2021, I’ve been making small-batch hot sauce. A former home craft beermaker, woodworker, and bread baker, I’ve always loved creative processes and learning how things work. Mammoth Sauce started out as a hobby, until my friends and family told me that they would pay me for more sauce. I realized, “Hey, I might actually have something good going on.” With a swift kick in the ass from my wife, and some encouragement from my then-preschooler son, Mammoth Sauce Co. was born. When I’m not cooking sauce, I’m busy chasing after my two young kids and my blockhead of a dog. Dublin-born, but Philly-raised, I’m a diehard Philly sports fan.
