In 2017 I started my long time dream, my own online shop! I started with hand bounded notebooks and simple postcards. And eventually I had a whole clothing line with handprinted shirts, bags and sweaters. I never thought I would sell illustrated postcards and prints, because I always thought I couldn't draw. Until I bought my first iPad in 2021 and I was shook by my own creations. Did I really just drew that!? That is how I switched my whole shop to just illustrated products by my hand and made more sales in just half a year than in the 3 years before that. Because I frequently get requests about international shipping and I only sell within The Netherlands and Belgium on my own shop, I decided to also set up an Etsy shop so it is easy for international customers to buy and easy for me to sell without all the hassle with taxes.
