Ecolo'is an artisanal soap factory located in Normandy, near Etretat, that offers products without essential oils that are made ethically and responsibly. Ecolo'was born from my personal story. I have always been attracted to “do it yourself”, a bit like everything, I started doing soaps one day. Why soap? Well, because I had been living with stubborn eczema for years, which could never be relieved. From the day I made my soaps and used them, my eczema disappeared. A revolution was under way. So, I told myself that my experience could be useful to so many people that I decided to open my soap factory so that everyone could benefit from the benefits of my soaps. My soaps are therefore made in Normandy with a maximum of local organic products in a short circuit (rapeseed oil, milk, honey) using the cold saponification method in order to preserve the qualities of the soaps as much as possible. I do not use ANY essential oils and I get my fragrances from a master perfumer in Grasse, selecting only those with a minimum of allergens. All my recipes are CERTIFIED by a certification body “Laboratoire Lelegard” and therefore verified by a toxicologist.
